Help Grow My HVAC Business!

Do you own or manage a trade business or home service company? Have you ever asked, Who can help grow my HVAC business? Consider Level 2 Consulting.

I am a family man, entrepreneur, and certified coach living in Mequon, WI. I offer business management consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses with a focus on the skilled trades.

What I do is partner with you on your journey to success; whether that means help with a short-term project like setting up your operating budget, or a mid-range project like onboarding with ServiceTitan CRM. Are you looking for online courses that help you manage your business? I offer those as well. However you define success, I help leaders and businesses reach their next level.

I do that by drawing on decades of my own experience while knowing that what worked for me may not work for your unique situation. If you’re a new business owner, if you are struggling to navigate the transition from “do-er” to the manager, or if you’re looking to upgrade your software systems, processes, and dashboards, then we need to talk. Draw on my experiences, my hurdles, and my stumbles to help you get you to Level 2.

My knowledge of operational excellence and accountability lies in the heating, air conditioning, and electrical skilled trade services industry helping to grow a family owned business from 15 employees and $2 million in revenue to over 100 employees and over $15 million in revenue. Before HVAC, I had a similar trajectory with a family owned bookstore. My inside knowledge of large companies like Coca-Cola and Amazon allow me to help connect the dots of business growth by setting small businesses up with systems and processes that take the long view.

What I’ve just described is the thrill of apprenticeship, the learning and growing… That’s one level of experience. […] A second kind of experience is when you begin to develop a certain level of mastery of the orchestrated skills…, your mastery that comes from practice. That’s the mastery of the craftsperson. –Michael E. Gerber, The E-Myth Revisited
