Unify and Customize Your ServiceTitan Pricebook
Let’s face it, going live with any new software is a monumental challenge. One of my roles when transitioning to ServiceTitan was to get the new Pricebook developed. Four years earlier, we transitioned from The New Flat Rate system to a flat rate system I had created myself. Both systems existed in bound text format. Shortly thereafter, we transitioned to a digital CRM from Davisware and eventually to ServiceTitan. This meant that several formats and iterations needed to be crammed into the new ServiceTitan Pricebook. Eventually, you may find that your Pricebook needs a rework, a reformatting, or a complete tear down. Here is a simple way you can customize and clean up your Pricebook using HTML.
Before: Sample of mismatched categories, sub-categories, and images that don’t match or convey the level of professionalism we want to portray.
After: Here are the cleaned up categories with uniform images I found for free on Pixabay. I also organized the sub-categories into simple top-line categories for easier browsing and a cleaner, customer-facing experience.
Before and After: Estimates displayed and presented in ServiceTitan Mobile. Avoid using generic images like clip art and opt for proper, manufacture supplied images.

After: Uniform, bulleted list of benefits with multiple images and videos to display the products. The simple addition of some HTML creates customized colors for better company branding. Also, display 3rd party clickable links in the description field for a better customer experience.
